my first class in the morning is giraffe, which are the youngest and newest kids in the school. because they're so young, and also because they don't know what i'm saying most of the time, they can be quite a handful, especially first thing in the morning. but they're really cute, and when joey started making faces at me, i knew i'd better capture them on my camera and share it with the world.

jack isn't only the best at english, he also does well with the ladies. every morning to begin class i go through a routine where i ask the kids what class they're in, what day it is, what the weather's like today, and what they're names are. after that i ask them how they feel today. at first it was all just happy, sad, tired, easy ones like that. but later they started getting pretty creative.

joey was feeling superman, joel was tired, jiwoo was shy, christine with a big smile told me she was angry, jack was crazy, and june went with running crazy.

by the way, i didn't help these kids pick their english names, i don't know how five of them ended up with names that start with j, it makes things very confusing sometimes.
