i met sue and june for an early movie this morning, a discounted matinee screaming (ì¡°ì¡°, johjoh). and when they say early, they mean it. we saw meet the fockers at 8:20a! i was up earlier than i usually get up on a work day.

the movie was a lot better than i thought it would be, i really didn't have any desire to see it, but i was pleasantly surprised. the whole time i kept thinking about all the jokes sue and june weren't getting, including the innuendo behind ben stiller's character's name, gaylord focker.

it was pretty surreal getting out a movie at 10:30a, and we were all hungry so we got what i guess you could call lunch. after that we went to a really lame arcade and wasted a few thousand won (luckily, that's only a few bucks).

finally we went to a cafe and had some iced green teas, frozen yogurt, a brownie, and some cheesecake. they taught me some new korean words, which i wrote on a napkin to add to my collection of new korean words on napkins. i taught them never to respond i'm fine, thank you to the question how are you? i told them it's much better to say i'm a'ight. then i taught them some phrases they could actually use.
