if you don't know what goatse is, please just forget it and don't even bother with reading this post. seriously, it's something gross and you'll be sorry if you read on, don't say i didn't warn you. it refers to a disgusting picture that was widely circulated on the internet back in the day which apparently if viewed scars you for life. if you want to know more about it (and trust me you don't), you can read about it at wikipedia (don't worry, the picture isn't there). i've never even seen the picture, i heard about it from the directory i go to for wonderful things, boingboing.net. every so often someone will send in to them images that either intentionally or not references the infamous original. then the other day i spotted another occurrence in the elevator.
