after my first successful attempt at cooking korean food, on sunday, january 21st i decided to try making another classic korean dish, 김치찌개 (kimchi jjigae). once again i referred to korean kitchen for the recipe, and again it turned out really well. kimchi jjigae was actually much easier to make then doenjang jjigae was, and since it's spicy i just loved it. if you want to try it, go to korean kitchen and click on Recipe => Soups & Stews => Kim chi jji ge (Stewed kimchi).

it doesn't get much better than this spicy soup
i also tried to make ì½©ë‚˜ë¬¼êµ (congnamul guk, bean sprout soup) but it turned out just okay
this meal was so successful that i made it pretty much continuously for the next month
